If i travel to jiuzhaigou between 08-09 Nov, is it too late to catch the red leaves?

To tell the truth, it's a little bit late, but if youa re lucky enough, you can still enjoy the colorful leaves which are not so beautiful as that during middle Sep. to late Oct.
Thus the best time to Jiuzhaigou is Sep. to Oct.0
