what is the most suitable month to visit Taiwan? prefer not too hot, not so cool

ReplyAccording to my experience, the best time is October and November, because the average temperature is about 22 centigrade degree to 24 centigrade. It rains little at that time, which is very cool for traveling.
July to September are better to avoid, which is the typhoon season.
