About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

My sister-in-law is a Thailand passport holder, Singapore PR wish to go China for visiting and tour.

What are the documents required for applying China visa? Does she need to apply in person? Can she apply through travel agency?

She will apply for the China tourist visa in singapore, right? Then, she need to provide her Thailand passport, filled China vcisa application form V2011A & V2011B, her singaporean residence permit, two-way air tickets and hotel booking in China. She can either appply for the visa in person or through a travel agency.
