Hi, it's ok to go there in Dec. The average temperature then could be about 22 C. If you go there in the early Dec. the humidity and the temperature drops, so most of the days are sunny. Despite the middle or late of Dec. it is cool and comfortable. Long-sleeved shirts and light coat can be taken along during this season.0
