Hi i would like to no if you can help me.Im would like to aply for a visa to go to china in October im from England but i work in Afghanistan for the British Army and will not be going back to England before i would to go to China but im coming to Dubai on 31 Aug so could i come in the office the to get my visa ???Thank you
