Tianjin Cruise Port to Beijing

We are also arriving at Tianjin Port by cruise, and would like to get to DENGSHIKOU ST, DONGCHENG in Beijing. Please advise as to what public transportation (bus, rail/train, taxi etc) is available, how long it will take and approximately how much.
