how can i get marriage visa with my wife family book?

i am a nigerian national, i marriage with my chinese girlfriend 7months ago, so they give me one year visa, now my wife travelled to study in australia, she left her family book with her parents who don't like  me very much, so can i get a give with out presenting her priginal family book? i only her the photo copies of her family book and id card. thanks

There is no marriage visa in China, the visa you hold visa now is the best visa type you can get. The one year visa is for family visit already. So, don't worry, you can extend it before it expires.
