1. What are departure times of buses from shanghai to tunxi, huangshan? Preferably afternoon schedule.2. Once the bus arrives in tunxi, how do we reach the Old Street Hotel?3. We plan to visit Xidi Village in the morning then Honcun Village, is it possible to cover these two villages in the morning only? we really hope to cover these two sites in the morning because we plan to return to Shanghai in the afternoon. 4. From Honcun Village,  do we need to take the bus going to Tunxi, then from Tunxi to Shanghai or take the bus going to Tangkou then from Tangkou to Shanghai? which is better? we really want to spend the night in Shanghai.Thanks!

1. Four buses for Tunxi, Huangshan are in operation every day, departing from Shanghai South Bus Station at 07:58, 09:08, 14:25 and 15:18 respectively. The ticket fare is about CNY 130-148. 2. Upon your arrival at Tunxi bus Station, you can take a taxi to your hotel. It is only about 3 km from the bus station.3. To tell you the truth, it's a little urgent to cover both of the villages cause they are both a little far from Old Street Hotel. 4. Actually, either at Tunxi Bus Station or Tangkou Bus Station, you can get the direct bus for Shanghai in the afternoon. But it seems that Tangkou Bus Station is closer from the villages. Good luck!

Thank you for your immediate response Rita. With your inputs, we will be taking the bus from South Bus Station, Shanghai on December 11 3PM schedule. Then taxi to Old Street Hotel. For our trip to Xidi, we plan to take the bus then from Xidi to Honcun we'll just take the taxi. then taxi again from Honcun to Tangkou. What time does the last bus from tangkou departs for Shanghai?Thank you!

Glad the information helps. The last two long-distance buses depart from Tangkou Bus Station at 15:30 and 16:40. And it costs about CNY 140.
