Weather forecast between 16-23 Sept 2012 in Taipei

Hello,
I will be traveling to Taiwan between 16-23 Sept 2012.
Tai CHong 16-19, Tai Nan 19-21, Taipei 21-23
Can you advise the weather forecast? outdoor activity

Usually, it is hot and humid in Sept in Taipei. The average temperature is about 25~30C. You need to wear summer cool clothes like short-sleeved T-shirts and shorts. There is also much rainfall at that time. Typhoon also happens some time. You need to prepare an umbrella.
