about Hong Kong Airport Express travel Pass

Oct 10th- I use the Airport Express travel pass to get on the Airport Express Train, but transfer at Tsing Yi and Nam Cheong, and exit at Hung Hom. Does the 3 day free MTR pass considered to start on Oct 10th?

I will not use the 3 day MTR pass until October 18th (as I will be in Guangzhou from Oct 10-18th); I hope that the 3 day MTR pass starts on Oct 18th!
