Will it now in Beijing on Dec 20th 2012

I'm going to Beijing maybe in Dec 20th 2012. Does snow will fall at that time?

It is the cold and dry winter time in Beijing in Dec 20th. The average temperature may below 0C (32F) at that time. It probably has rainfall during that period.
