About:Requirements for Permanent Residence Permit

marrying a chinese girl

hi,i am from india,i want to marry my girlfriend who is from china,can i marry her after going to china by L visa?and after marrying her can i extend my L visa if can,how long?or can i change my l visa to permanant residence as i live in china for 5 and half years before?

Yes, you can marry her on the L visa and extend the L visa to a longer duration (one year at most), and it can be extended again before it expires. However, it is very difficult for you to get permanent residence now even if you lived in China for 5 more years.
