About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

Driver's License Authentication from Hong Kong SAR

I am living in Canada and need to validate my driving experience in Hong Kong from the Embassy, Consulate or High Commissioner's office representing Hong Kong. Which office should I contact to authenticate this information.

You can submit the application for authentication of driver license to Chinese embassy or consualte in Canada according to the place you reside.

I attempted to do this today and was told they are unable to do it.
