Medical certificate needed for six months stay in China?

i will be for six or less then six months in china and after passing time in pakistan 2 months minimum and i will go back to china for 4 months , is the medical certificate is necessary for me ,

If your stay in China is for not more than 6 months on business, or student visa, medical certificate is not required. May I know if you will stay in China for 6 + 4 months in total? need double entry visa for business purpose?
