About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Work Permit: LNG fabrication yards

We have awarded several LNG fabrication contracts to Chinese companies but need a limited number of expatriates to be assigned to oversee the work. Accordingly we have employees that don't have college or university degrees can they qualify for work permits to oversee the projects, or will only those with degrees be qualified for work permits?

As I know, applicants need a BA degree at least to get a work permit and the working Visa to China, and with 2 more years' working experience.
