APPLY VISA

I am a tourist from Hong Kong, will come to Zambia on 4 Sept, 2012
My passport is "Hong Kong Special administrative region, people's republic of China",I know I need to apply a tourist visa before I enter Zambia.
I've try to contact Zambia embassy by following email but letter was ejected!

even I've sent the email to Zambia embassy in China zambiaembassy-beijing.com|tourism, the email was ejected either!
How can I contact embassy to apply a visa?
