Do i need to have physical examination report for getting 0nly 6 month X visa?

hi i would like to know do i need to have physical examination report for getting 0nly 6 month X visa or Z visa,Thank you

If you will study in China for 6 months only, I don't think the physical exam is necessary, but you'd better confirm this with the China Embassy in Bangladesh before submitting your visa application.
