About:Shanghai Metro Ticket

9 years old child + Three-day Travel Pass on Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station

Must I buy ticket for my 9 years old/145 cm daughter or is it free for her? Can I buy a Three-day Travel Pass on Hongqiao Railway Station and use it to go downtown?

Hi, I think you need buy one for your daughter. Accoring to the regulations, children under 1.2 m in height are exempt from the fare. And you can buy such a card at Hongqiao Railway MTR Station. Actually, at each MTR station can you get such a card.
