Hi, but do you mean Xiangfan City of Hubei Province? If so, you can take a flight from Hong Kong to Wuhan first. Then you can take the airport shuttle bus line 2 and get off at Fujiapo Bus Station. There you can take a direct long-distance bus to Xiangfan. It takes about 4 h and costs about CNY68-125.
