First you need to take the East Rail Line to reach the TST East and then change to TST to get the Tsuen Wan Line to get to Central.
From MTR Central station, after you get out of the station from the Exit J2 and then turn right, through Chater Garden, cross Queen's Road Central, and make your way up Garden Road. You will pass the Bank of China Tower and Citibank Plaza on your left and St John's Cathedral on your right.
And then you can see the tram terminal there.
