can i apply for visit visa for china and Hong Kong,when i be in south korea

sir.i am Pakistan national and holding only Pakistan passport.next month i will be in Korea for business trip.
can i apply visit visa for Hong Kong and for china, in china embassy situated in south Korea,while i be there?
