2. September to November are the best time to to visit Chengdu and see the pandas.
3. You cannot hug the panda for a long time and several minutes are enough.
Btw, the best time to see the pandas are from about 08:30 to 10:00 in the mornings.

1. Certainly. But you know, pandas have certain delivery period which is usually in auntumn. So if you go there in September or October, the panda you will hold is 13-14months old. Their average weight is about 25-30 kg.
2. If you want to see a lot of pandas playing outside, just remember check the temperature when you go outside. Generally speaking, the temperature under 25 centigrade is great. So please don't go there in summer time!
3. You will be told 1 minute when you ask the staff there. I hope I didn't scare you. But if you're lucky enough, it will be longer.
