Buying warm clothes in Zhengzhou for a tall woman - 178 cm

I will be in the city from the end of September till end of January. I will need some warm clothes - probably a long warm coat and wonder if I should buy something in NZ before I go, or will I be able to buy a coat to fit me at a reasonable cost when I were there?
