Do you mean Shangri-La Hotel at Futian District or Luohu District in Shenzhen? Anyway, from Central Hong Kong, you can take MTR Tsuen Wan Line to Prince Edward and transfer to Kwun Tong Line to Kowloon Tong. Then take the East Rail Line to Lo Wu. After off the metro, you can walk to go through Luohu Border, then get into Shenzhen and head to the hotel.0

You can also take HK Metro to Tsim Sha Tsui (TST) and walk to TST East. Take the subway to Hung Hom for East Rail Line to Lo Wu. Should you board the Lok Ma Chau line, get down at Sheung Shui station and take the next train to Lo Wu. From Luohu Port, you can see Shangri-La Hotel, not far from SZ Railway Station.
