bus directions to: from changle lu to shanghai international studies university, 550 west

Question

I need to take a bus from the intersection of Changle Lu & Changshu Lu (Xuhui District) to Shanghai International Studies University,Room 200,No. 3 Building ,No.550 Dalian West Road, Hong Kou District. Which bus should I take? WIll I need to connect to a different bus? If so, which and where?  Thank you in advance for any assistance.

You can walk to Changshu Road to take subway line 1 and transfer to subway line 8 at People's Square, then get off at Quyang Road and walk about 800m, you will get to the university.
