Before boarding for free airport express shuttle bus, is it base on proof of eligibility like air ticket and boarding pass go to Kwoloon Hotel?

Yeah, you are required to show proof of eligibility including Airport Express train ticket (Single Journey, Same Day Return, Round Trip, Airport Express Travel Pass), Airline ticket / boarding pass, Airport Staff Octopus Card, AsiaWorld-Expo entry pass or event ticket.
