About:Chinese Embasy in Ireland

Northern Irish in need of a Student Visa.

If I am a Northern Irish resident, holding a british passport, can I travel to dublin to apply for my visa?

You can not apply for China visa in Dublin unless you are residing and working in Ireland. You need to submit your visa application to Consulate-General of P.R.China in Edinburgh.
