transportation from tianjin cruise port to pek

We (a group of 3) will be arriving Tianjin Intrtnational Cruise Home Port by Cruise  at  about 10:00 am on Oct 9/12 and are hurrying to catch up the flight at 4:20 pm (departure time) from Beijing Capital IntIl Airport to Hongkong.  We must reach the PEK before 2:20 pm that day.Can you let us know what will be the  best transportation available from the Cruise Terminal to the PEK, kindly tell me how long it will take and how much will be  the costs. In your case, you can take a taxi from the cruise terminal to Tanggu Passengers Transport Center, then catch bus there to Beijing Capital Airport. The bus departs at 04:00, 05:00, 06:30, 08:00, 09:30, 11:00, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:30, 17:30 and 20:00 and takes about 3 hour. Since you need to arrive at the airport before 2:20pm, you'd better catch the bus at 11:00.  The bus fare is CNY80.
