About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

I was given a Chinese Visa Valit from July 12 to August 12, 2012. My China travel is August 15

I applied for Chinese Visa in Manila and wrote in my Visa Application that my Date of Visit to Shenzhen, China is August 15 to 17, 2012. Upon receiving the Chinese Visa, I noticed that the Visa is valid from July 12, 2012 to August 12, 2012. What can I do to have the Visa Validity changed so that I can enter China on August 15, 2012? Thanks you.

what is the date of " ENTER BEFORE?" it mean you must enter before August 12 ?
if it is then you must apply a new Visa or must go there before expiration

yes, he is right. Visa validity can not be changed after collection from the visa office. Unless you apply for a new visa. So, better use it to enter Shenzhen before or on August 12.
