About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

coming from Australia on Eastren China flight there is stay of 20 hours at shinghai air port

for onward journey to India.please confirm whether i can visit shingai city w ithout chinese visa

No, you need to apply for a China visa in advance if you want to leave the airport and visit Shanghai.
