I plan to travel to Dalian in last week of October . How is wheather ? what clothing is needed ?

The average temperature in October is about 14 centigrade degree. If you go to Dalian in the last of October, long sleeved clothes are necessary. It will be a little bit cold in the mornings and evenings. In the day time, it is cool.0
