Well, Beijing has had a heavy rainstorm recently. It already brought damage to some attractions in Beijing and influenced the traffic. You'd better postpone your tour to Beijing, or you can go to visit another city in China. If you want to cancel your tour, you need to contact with your tour service to ask for details.
