Swedish citizen needs to get a visa for china in Japan?

Hi!

I am Swedish and have right now a F business visa 6 month multiply visa. It expires 28th july. I am wondering if it is possible to apply for a L tourist China visa 1-2 entry 3 month from Japan? Or the same F visa as i have now?
