About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

We are travelling by ship and visiting Shanghai followed by Beijing. Single or multiple entries

We are travelling by ship and visiting Shanghai followed by Beijing. We leave the ship in Beijing and stay for 2 extra days before returning to Australia. Do we need a single entry visa or a multiple entry visa?

Traveling to China by ship is not the same with that by plane. You have to apply for a double-entry China visa if you will visiting both Shanghai anf Beijing.
