You can just go to China embassy in Switzeland to apply for your visa during their office hours 09:00-12:00 from Monday to Friday with your passport, visa application form, residence permit in Switzeland, two-way air ticket and hotel booking in China. I'm not sure whether you are able to get a visa there, since the embassy doesn't publicize any visa fee for Vietnam citizen on their official website.
