Transit to Russia via Beijing but my baggage not check through !!!

According to last my question, I will be transit passenger in Beijing,China... But My flight from HKT-HKG-PEK cannot check through my baggage to Russia.. Then I have to collect my bag in PEK. How do I can go to pick up my bag if I don't have visa ?? And in PEK, have transit area to take baggage without visa for connecting flight?? I am sorry for my stupid question,., But I am so worry.
