Going to Dalian in early Nov. What's the weather like and how many days is enough for sightseeing?

It is a bit cold in early Nov. The average temperature is about 3~10C. You need to take warm clothes like overcoat and sweaters. Generally, 2 days are OK for sightseeing in that city.
