Ports addy and taxi fare

1. What is the address of Shanghai Port International Cruise Terminal in both English and Chinese for the taxi driver?
2. What is the about taxi fare from Yue Shanghai Hotel to the port?

The Cruise Terminal is located at the North Bund Area in Hongkou District near downtown. You just need to ask the taxi driver to take you to 'Shanghai Guo Ji Gang Kou' in phonetic transcriptions of Chinese characters.
The taxi fare may be around CNY30 from the mentioned Hotel to the port.
