About:China Visa

entry shanghai from ngasaki

I am a Dutch citizen with permanent visa for Japan ,i will take the ferry from Nagasaki to Shanghai and visit Shanghai for less than 48 hours ,do i need a visa ?? will they give me that upon arrival ??

No, visa upon arrival is not available, you need to apply for a China tourist visa in Japan before leaving. BTW, according to China visa regulation, you do not need visa if you transit at Hongqiao or Pudong Airport in Shanghai for 48 hours.
