About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

does china eastern airline provide any bus to move from Pudong to Hongqiao airport? Did they help?

The China Eastern Airline does not provide the bus between the two airports.
Actually, you can take the shuttle bus line 1 from Pudong Airport to Hongqiao Airport and the terminal of the shuttle is at the T2 of Hongqiao Airport.
