About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

i live in usa and my family are in philippines, can i apply for chinese visa for all of us online

No, China visa can not be done online. I am not sure if you are all Philippine passport holders? if yes, your family need to apply in Philippines and you can apply in USA if you live there.
