About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

I'll just visit my Chinese friend for 3 to 10 days. Do I need to apply for L Visa?

I'm planning to visit my Chinese friend in Dalian, China on October. I'm here in Japan living with my family but I'm a Filipino citizen. Do I need to apply for L Visa if I'm going to stay in China for 3 to 10 days only?

Yeah, the visa is necessary even if you will stay in China for only one day.
