possibility of Issuing Myanmar avisa for Georgian Citizen, who is residing in Georgia in Beijing

Dear Sir/madam,
I am Citizen of Georgia, Residing in Georgia, will be traveling Myanmar as a temporary adviser of the world Health Organisation to provide technical assistance to the National TB control program of Myanmar.
Is it possible that I get a visa for Myanmar in Beijing? it wold be very convenient for me as I will be transiting through Beijing to Yangon.
