About:Chinese Embassy in Mongolia

can I get a Z visa to china in mongolia

I am Australian traveling to Mongolia as a tourist and have been offered employment in China. I will have my invitation letters and foreign expert certificate. I have medical documents completed in March 2012 in Australia. Can I apply for my Z visa in Mongolia or do I have to go to Hong Kong? Will my medical documents still be valid?

The medical exam is usually valid for 6 months only, but you plan to apply for a China visa in a third country other than your home country. I'm not sure whether the China Embassy there will accept the medical exam made in your home country or not. Furthermore, I'm afraid you will not be able to get a China visa as a temporary visitor in Mongolia. You may still have a try in Mongolia. If failed, you can then change to apply for the visa in Hk.
