cruise boat within Beijing Zoo

How long a ride is the cruise boat that is offered within the Beijing zoo as part of the combo ticket? Does the boat go around all or most of the zoo?

The boat starts from the zoo to the Summer Place, which is about 10 kilometers long. It is a cruise in the zoo but from the zoo to the Summer Palace, so you cannot take the boat to go around in the zoo.
