and I want to visit Hong Kong for one day from Shenzhen. how can I apply for visa in Shenzhen.

You can't get a Hk visa in Shenzhen. The only place to apply for a Hk visa on mainland China is in Beijing. If  it's not convenient for you to apply for the Hk visa in Beijing, you can apply for a Hk visa through China Travel Service Hk Limited by paying some service fee.
