visa on arrival in shenzhen

Hi, Im a philippine passport holder and my wife is indonesian passport, we are planning to visit shenzhen after hongkong can we get a visa on arrival in shenzhen?

I think it's possible, but it will finally decided by the officers in the immigration office at the entry port of Shenzhen.
