If you changed employer, you can get your resident permit renewal at local PSB. Documents required are as follows:
1. Release letter stamped by your former company
2. New company's business license (original)
3. A copy of Certificate of Approval or the Social Insurance Registration certificate
4. Application letter written by the new company
5. Resume Written by yourself (with also a Chinese translation)
6. A copy of degree certificate (with Chinese translation as well)
7. A copy of labor contract with the new company
8. Employment Registration Form of Foreign Employees
9. Visa and residence permit application form
10. Two 2-inch photographs
11. Passport
12. Your Alien work Permit
13. A copy of Temporary Form of Residence Permit
