Do I need a visa for a 2 hrs in transit at Guangzhou ?

Australian traveling to Siem Reap, Cambodia ( one way with China Southern Airlines ) and in transit at Guangzhou for 2 hours. Not leaving the airport. Do I need a visa or any type of document to be able to board the plane in Sydney. I do have other one way tickets to Vietnam, Laos, Thailand and back home to Australia.
