About:China Visa on Arrival

VOA at Shenzhen for Shanghai visit

Hello
Today I have get any appointment in shanghai. I am holdingf german passport and wanted to visit Shanghai for about 2 days can I get VOA at shenzhen and go to Shanghai and then return to germany from Shanghai?

No, VOA is for Shenzhen only, it can not be used to visit other cities. You need to apply for a full China visa if you want to visit Shanghai.
